We have a small breeding herd of Kigers that have been carefully selected from different bloodlines to help preserve the Spanish and Iberian traits in the breed. The hardiness and wisdom that have been cultivated out in the wild paired with saddle horse conformation makes them a tough horse to beat. We strive to produce horses with a lot of heart and work ethic as well the desire to please. Given their wild background, they are horses that flourish with fair handling and are great problem solvers. Our program tries to retain as much natural herd dynamics as we can with a balanced social herd so young foals have good role models and engaging environments. We want them to be socially savvy and curious about the world they live in to help make the saddle training process that much easier.
